Samantha is an Executive Search Leader boasting almost two decades of tenure navigating the dynamic landscape of talent acquisition across North America.

With a versatile skill set, Samantha's expertise spans an array of functions within both the public and private sectors, encompassing Sales, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering, targeting roles from Director-level through to the C-suite.

As a seasoned leader, Samantha's influence is marked by her transformative impact on teams within the executive search and recruitment industry. She is known for cultivating and nurturing successful teams, a testament to her exceptional leadership acumen.

A trusted advisor in the realms of talent acquisition, career management, and leadership development, Samantha's approach is grounded in a rich foundation of best practices. Samantha is a graduate of Western University’s Civil Engineering program, and like many engineers she possesses strong data, financial and problem-solving acumen. Her curiosity and meticulous research skills are being used to identify and leverage AI, social media and other technology tools that WWR will use to successfully launch and grow.

Samantha is a Limited Partner with the Women's Equity Lab and an angel investor in stage start ups, providing advisory services on talent management.

Debra has always been driven by a keen interest in employee well-being, workplace culture and leadership practices that unleash employee potential for growth and innovation. With over 20 years’ experience in Talent Solutions Consulting, she is a knowledgeable Consultant, Facilitator and Coach.

Debra began her career as a Recruiter and Account Manager with a global staffing firm, where she quickly established a reputation for building trusted relationships and finding creative solutions for clients. She then wore many hats as a Sr. Consultant in a boutique Career Transition Consulting firm. Throughout her career Debra has supported thousands of professionals and many diverse organizations during times of significant change.

Debra brings in-depth knowledge of career management, positive psychology, Neuromanagement, and leadership development to help professional women navigate their careers and develop their leadership capabilities.

Amongst her clients and colleagues Debra is known as an innovative thinker who challenges the status quo and utilizes empathy and humour to connect with diverse groups. As a highly skilled facilitator she has a unique ability to create an atmosphere of collaboration and camaraderie that sparks insight, growth and idea sharing.
